Well you have a few choices as to where to sign up, Sharecash.org has high payouts, ranging from 0.60 cents to $9.00 all depending which survey your user completes. There staff is helpful but they have a few rules. Your file must not contain "xxx" or you will be flagged and deleted. Other than that their site is awesome!
Another site that is decent is UploadPay.com. They payout every month by paypal. Must have atleast 20$ to cash out. Payouts average from about $0.40 cents to $5.00 (USD). The only downfall wiht this site is they lack communication with there users. Very hard to get help or support, even though its all common sense on how everything works.
